GrabOnDeals offers a replacement within 15 days from the date of delivery if;
The product/s is undamaged
Unused
Unwashed and
Saleable condition.
Conditions for Return:
The notification of the damaged product/s should reach us immediately or within 24 hours of receipt of the product/s.
GrabOnDeals will not return the product/s if the intimation is given after 24 hours.
The intimation should be given by calling our customer support number at ___________ or sending us an email at care@grabondeals.com .
You must ensure that the product(s) is not damaged due to use or misuse, used even after noticing manufacturing defects, tampered, serial numbers/ barcode/ labels removed.
The returned goods will be exchanged and shipped within 4 days on receiving back the original sent products along with Invoice, Original Packaging and Accessories, Authenticity Label/ Barcode/ Tags, Warranty Cards, and any other items included with the delivered product’s. Our support team will notify you once your product/s is shipped back to you via email. We will ship you the replacement with no additional cost.
In case the returned product/s does not have all the requirements as stated above in the order then the product/s will not be replaced and no refund will be provided.
Refunds:
The refunds will process according to the payment mode used while shopping with GrabOnDeals.
In case you ordered through Credit/ Debit Card then the refund will be given by direct credit to your bank account within 7 days of receiving the replacement.
In case you ordered through netbanking accounts then the same will be credited back to your account.
For all others payment mode, we will issue a refund cheque in the name specified at the time of placing the order.
If you have purchased any items through Coupon / Gift certificates then the refund would be provided by issuing a new Coupon/ Gift certificate of the same value.
*Please note the return policy is not applicable on beauty products, fragrances, Jewellery, Home Décor items, Furniture, Undergarments and Swimsuits. *The Shipping charges for returning the goods must be barred by the buyer.
