You need to intimate our customer care department by phone or email within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/ merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Cancellation of purchased items are not applicable for products which are sold as an offer, sale through coupons, special discounts, promotional offers or seasonal offers which are limited period offers run on occasions/ festivals like Diwali, Christmas, Summer offer, etc.,
GrabOnDeals does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc., However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
The product(s) photographs you view on our site are clicked by professional photographers so the actual product you receive may defer in colour difference and appearance. However if you feel that it is not as per your expectation then you must bring it to our customer care department who will take appropriate decision on your complaints. Please note cancellation on slight differences in colour or appearance is not possible.
